Our law firm is located right at the heart of the commercial center of Cagayan de Oro City, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. It has also a satellite office in Mambajao, Camiguin. It's founding dates back in 1998 with Attys. Tiburcio M. Palasan, Jr.and Salvador O. Pacana as partners. To date, the firm has three lawyers. The founder is Atty. Tiburcio M. Palasan, Jr. In 2004, he was joined in by Atty. Angelino Galeon, and in 2008, Atty. Apolinario Odilon added to the roster.


Atty. Tiburcio M. Palasan, Jr.

The founder and proprietor of the firm has 18 years of law practice. He has successfully represented clients in civil, criminal, administrative and corporate cases. He graduated from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. He passed the BAR exams in 1991 with a rating of 85.4% and actually placed 21st. After passing the BAR, he joined the briefly with the government service. His field of expertise is land dispute, corporate set-up, and criminal law. An academician, he has devoted at least ten years teaching law subjects. He is columnist in local newspapers such as the Peryodiko Mindanao, Southern Tribune, and presently, the Sunstar Daily. Off-court, he can be found in another court - the tennis court.


Atty. Angelino Galeon

He finished his law at Siliman University. In 2004, fresh from the BAR exam, he joined the law firm. He is concurrently the hearing officer of the Regional Internal Affairs Services of the Philippine National Police-Region X.


Atty. Apolinario Odilon

He too graduated from Xavier University - Ateno de Cagayan. He passed the BAR exam in 2008 and immediately dipped his hands into the complex private practice of law.


Meet the Staff

The law firm is managed by Ernel C. Condeza who is entering law studies. Voltaire M. Palasan, Shayne B. Sumalpong complete the administrative staff. Aliza C. Maandig is the firm's secretary. Gerlyn Gamolo, who is in third year law is doing the legal research.
