An accomplished lawyer with experience in corporate law, litigation, and legal consultation. A graduate of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan with a Juris Doctor in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts from Capitol University in 2016, Atty. Lanzaderas brings a robust academic background to their legal practice.

Currently serving as a Retainer Lawyer for Apo Iloy Realty Corporation and Metrocoolaire Engineering Services, Atty. Lanzaderas has been instrumental in the formation of these corporations, providing legal opinions, drafting demand letters, and acting as a notary public. Atty. Lanzaderas is also an Associate at Palasan, Galeon, Castillo, Uy and Associates Law Firm, where they manage a diverse portfolio of civil, criminal, labor, and land dispute cases. Their responsibilities include legal interviews, preparing legal opinions, and representing clients before judicial and administrative bodies.

Before becoming a lawyer, Atty. Lanzaderas gained hands-on experience as a Paralegal at Palasan, Galeon, Eclevia and Associates Law Office from 2018 to 2020, where they were tasked with legal research, case management, and drafting pleadings submitted in court.

Their leadership experience is highlighted by their tenure as President of the College of Arts and Sciences Student Body Organization and Legislative Secretary of the Central Student Government at Capitol University. They are a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Misamis Oriental Chapter and serve as a Board of Director for the Capitol University Alumni Association.
